A Typical Day
    Morning
  • 7:30 AM - Wake Up
  • 8:30 AM - Breakfast
  • Two Gymnastic/Cheer Periods
  • Two Activity Periods
   
    Afternoon
  • 1:00 PM - Lunch and R&R
  • Two Gymnastic/Cheer Periods
  • Two Activity Periods
  • 6:00 PM - Dinner
   
    Evening Activities
  • Each evening we do a different activities including Campfires, Skit Night, Group Games and a Camp Dance.

 

What to Bring:
Pillow
Sleeping bag or bedding
Plenty of socks and underwear
Comfortable workout clothes
Jeans
Sweatshirts
(evenings can get chilly to down right cold)
Warm pajamas
Swimsuit
Warm jacket
Raincoat or poncho
Beach towel and shower towel
Toiletries:
(Soap, shampoo, toothbrush, comb, brush)
Shoes
Bug spray
Flashlight
Playing cards
Tennis racket

Book, Stationery and Stamps
Laundry Bag
Large plastic bag:
(to cover your sleeping bag during transportation)
 For your protection and quick identification, all suitcases, sleeping bags, duffel bags and pillows should be labeled with your name and address
What not to Bring:
Cell phones are not allowed at camp
Rollerblades and Bicycles
Jewelry can't be worn during practice
 We strongly advise leaving watches and other valuables, such as iPods or expensive electronics at home.
 We do not allow snack food in cabins because of the small creatures crumbs might attract.  There are fresh snacks available through our Canteen on a daily basis.
